- Slice the baguettes in half and lightly butter the bottom halves. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard over the butter.
- Place 2 lettuce leaves in each baguette, then 3 slices of cheese and 6 Garfunkels Salami slices in each roll. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Top with the top halves of the baguettes and pack into a picnic basket, ready for your picnic. Serves 4
