Sticky Sweet Chilli Sausages

FOOD TYPE: Sausages

DIFFICULTY: Easy

  Prep: 5 mins       Cook: 40 mins       Ready In: 45 mins               Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 12 Garfunkels Pork Sausages
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp mild chilli powder
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or 2 tsp fresh

Method

  1. Heat oven to 220C. Arrange the sausages in a roasting tin in a single layer and bake for 10 mins. Meanwhile, mix together all the other ingredients with seasoning and 1 tbsp water.
  2. Pour the ketchup mixture over the sausages and mix well. Bake for 30 mins more until the sausages are golden.
